Data processed
The name, email address, phone number and project details (type, location, approximate area, description) you submit through the contact form.
Purpose
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss the project and prepare a proposal. Not used for marketing, not sold.
Where the data goes
Form data is sent through Web3Forms (a form delivery service) and stored in Gmail, Google's email service. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers' servers are outside Türkiye, so your data is transferred abroad under article 9 of the law, based on the consent you give in the form. It is not shared with anyone other than these providers.
Legal basis
Replying to your enquiry is directly related to establishing a contract, so it relies on article 5/2-c of the law. The transfer abroad relies on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox in the form.
Retention
The information is kept in the email inbox. If no project follows, it is deleted within 2 years at the latest; if a project starts, it is kept for the contract and statutory retention periods. Write to us if you would like it deleted sooner.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the law you may: learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know who it is transferred to; ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or wrong, or deleted or destroyed; ask that these steps be notified to the recipients; object to a result against you from analysis made solely by automated systems; and claim compensation for any damage.
